Theory: what is Reiki?
Protection, meditation and relaxation
First Attunement
Exploring Reiki more deeply, including the concepts of Ki
Gassho, meditation and Second Attunement
Self-Reiki, feedback and discussion.
Day 2
Meditation and Third Attunement
The ‘Focus’ symbol and Kotodama (Cho Ku Rei)
Chakras, Tanden Points and Kundalini
Meditation and Fourth Attunement
Dry cleansing, Gassho and hand positions for Reiki
Reiki practice / Reiki share and 21-day self-care.
Practical
- Usui Reiki 1 Manual
- 4 x Reiki ‘Attunements’
- Energy cleansing and protection
- Hand positions used in treatments
- Self-treatment and healing others.
Application
- Healing people, places and situations
- Healing plants, pets and animals
- Possible Kundalini awakening.
You can also book an additional one-day training in Crystal and Sound Healing, either separately or as a supplement to the Usui Reiki 1 course.
You can also register for a sound bath in the evening, ideal for relaxing, enjoying, and unwinding.
